Maybe, the MS is using G5's for development of Xbox 360, so they have
some type of emulator for it.

Probably, but maybe they were thinking of future PowerMac models using
new chips. :o)

I think they also used PowerMac G5's to display Xbox 360 games at the
recent E3 expo in America. The rumour is that Microsoft are going to
replace those developer PowerMac G5s (which don't use Mac OS X) with a
proper development environment at some stage.
