I know this is going to sound crazy, but I went to Mactopia to
download the Update for Virtual PC 6.1.1   But when I download it, I
was not able to get it to open.  I downloaded both .bin and .hqx files
and tried to open then with Stuffit.

It acted like it was opening then, but I can't find the file anywhere.
It is almost like it is invisible.  (Which I checked to make sure if
it was there).

I know there is not a problem with my Stuffit program, infact I found
another file on my hard drive which was of the type  .hqx  and it
opened fine.

Is anyone else having this problem?   Goto :
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx?pid=download&location=/mac/download/
misc/vpc6_1_1.xml&secid=100&ssid=1&flgnosysreq=True

and try it yourself.    Please let me know if you have any luck, and
tell me how you did it.

Is there another place I can get this update?

Thanks,

John

Hey I figured it out.  I had to get a later version of Stuffit
Expander to open the file.  I had version 6.5, but I guess it was not
able to open some of the files.

Thanks,

John
