I just started working with Macs and installed VPC 7 on a dual 2.0 G5
PowerMac for comaptibility.  I expected some lag in the graphics but the
sound in windows is quite bad.  It sounds like it is being played underwater
or underwater in a tin can.  Sound on the Mac side is perfect.  Is this
pretty much standard?

Same problem with me - VPC 7.1 on a G4 Powerbook using OS 10.3.9.
Have tried all the help menus/settings options/troubleshooting guides
in both OS X and Windows ... no solution at all.

Help!!!!

Hi David,

I installed Tiger today and guess what.  It fixed the sound!  Well,
mostly.  It isn't absolutely perfect but it is orders of magnitude
better.  It is fully usable now.  Just the odd skip or burble.  Even
classical music is worth listening to.

The coming Microsoft patch will probably break it again :-)
