VPC 7, WinXP, Airport Extreme, and Netgear Prosafe Client

I have a Mac G4 Powerbook using an Airport Extreme card. I am trying to
connect the Prosafe VPN client running in WinXP. Something appears to be
blocking IPsec....?

Any suggestions?

What is your VM's network switch set to 1) Shared Networking or Virtual
Switch?

I've had more success with Virtusl Switch and VPNs.
