installation problem

We have a new 12inch iBook running Mac 0Sx10.3.7 PowerPCG4 and have
installed Virtual PC7.0 on it. We also successfully installed Windows
XP in the VPC.   This is to be used to run my wife's Windows based
software from Pampered Chef.  After the install of the Pampered Chef
software is almost complete, we get an error box popup. It says 'The
following files (did not or cannot-don't remember which) self-register
or unregister.." and gives a list of about 5 files (craxdrt, dll,
CRYSTL32.ocx, MFC42.dll, PolarZIP.ocx, tx4ole,ocx), all of which do
exist on the system.   The install goes on  after pressing OK and
appears OK, but an attempt to execute the PChef software results in
error box which says "Sub main error 339 component CRYSTL32.ocx or one
of its dependencies not correctly registered.  It is missing or
invalid."  The application then shuts down.

We have searched Google and Microsoft support site for this error and
have not been successful.  Can anyone offer help to understand what the
problem is and how to solve it?  Is it a problem with the OS
installation or the VPC or the Pampered Chef software install.
Thanks,
Andy
