I am using XP sp2 to XP sp2 using a VPN and remote desktop.
Is it poossible to allow someone sitting at the host computer to see what I
am doing.
Is there a setting somewhere that can be changed?

Any reason why you post this to a Macintosh newsgroup?
You will probably get much better help in
microsoft.public.windowsxp.work_remotely

That said, no, XP supports only a single rdp session.

What you can do though is use Remote Assistance. That enables you to
shadow the active session on the host and interact with it.
