How to use Microphones on a TS session? - 21 Apr 2006 23:11 GMT

Hi there,

I´d like to know how to use Office´s speech recognition or conversation on
MSN/Skype by a Terminal Service session, since I can't activate a microphone
on that kind of product (think).

Could someone help me?

This isn't possible with native Windows Terminal Services. It
supports only audio redirection from the server to the client, not
the other way around. You need Citrix for this.

Oh dear... Unfortunately this means that I´ll have to cancel a study about
TS. I´ll try the expensive Citrix.
