Hello all. We're attempting to use the Mac RDP client (v 1.0.3) and we find
that although we can connect to any of our site's Windows 2003 Server
Terminal Server systems, the client always sets the session to the wrong
time zone (Casablanca and we're in EST). We can change the session to the
proper time zone, but this change isn't persisted across logins (i.e. we log
out and log back in and the time zone has once again been set to the wrong
value). This behavior is consistent on all our Mac systems (regardless of
which Terminal Server we connect to) but is never a problem if we connect to
the TS via a Windows client. Is there something on the client or server
side that needs to be set to fix things so the time zone doesn't get set by
the Mac clients?
Thanks.

I think I got it figured out ... it was a setting on the Terminal Server's
GPO. Thanks anyway.

hello,
We have encountered the same issue on our Mac's connecting to Win2k3
terminal servers.
Did you resolve your solution with the GPO Fix? If so what was the setting
you implemented?
thanks,
Omar
