We currently have 2 servers.
Windows 2000
Windows 2003.
When I use Terminal Services Manager to control other computer on the
Windows 2000 server, I create a successful connection.
When I use Terminal Services Manager on the Windows 2003 machine, I get
the following error...
Session (ID 7) remote control failed
(Error 7025- An attempt has been made to connect to a session whose
video mode is not supported by the current client)
Does anyone know of any setting I need to change in the 2003 Server in
order to connect to other machines?
thanks
pc- this only happens when using a Mac to connect to other machines

This article on Microsoft's website refers to this error when trying to
shadow another user <http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=233365>. It
means your server's monitor depth (and possibly monitor size) aren't set
to be able to handle the user's video that you're trying to shadow.
Servers are typically set with minimal server settings such as 256
colors on 15 inch monitors at 640x480 or 800x600. If you can set your
server's monitor at a higher resolution than that of the person you're
trying to shadow you may be able to establish the shadow session then.
Hope this helps! bill
