Hi,

I have a project that needs to be compiled under CW8. I already have CW9
installed. When I try to install CW 8 I get an Permissions error on the last
couple of files, the file it stops on is CWIB.bundle.

How can I install CW 8 under 10.4.2, Tiger?

Thanks in Advance
All the Best

Just drag and drop it unless you are using the command line tools you
don't need to install it to make those changes.

Make sure that this is in a different folder and you use the optional
10.2.8 SDK.

Write me if you don't know how to rebuild the libraries for the 8.3
update.  (same as it was for 10.3)

Ok, Fixed it - I think!

You need to move the existing CWIB.Bundle file out of the
/developer/IBBundles folder. Then do the CW8 install, then delete the file it
put there and move the original one back.

Hope this helps someone out there!
