Mozilla will look and feel like Netscape for the most part.
Two things to do: Check Prefs in Netscape and toggle on and then off
"Fit to Page" in print dialogue.
If no joy, set up a new Profile for testing.

Netscape "mail" as netscape webmails IMAP interface or the program to
access his isp/corparate account? If it is netscape.net webmail, they
made the entire site as Macromedia Flash application now, it is way
improved. Let him check.
If it is only about the program, he can move to Mozilla latest. It is
Netscape minus AOL features. Same interface, same place buttons, same
way of working.

It should have hundreds (if not thousands) bug fixes compared to AOL
Netscape 7.2 .
I still think AOL should ship Netscape "8" and base it on Camino with a
huge donation to the project. Look at numbers, people still download
and use it.

We tried moving him to the latest Mozilla suite and he is having the
same printing problem in Mozilla. I am at a complete loss on what the
problem could be. BTW, he uses the "mail" program to access
isp/company email account.
Are their preference items what would effect both Netscape and Mozilla
printing?
Thanks,
Bryan

Both use the same core code. Netscape is tweaked somewhat, but they are
similar enough that they use the same preferences, *I believe*.
Since both programs are having the same issue it is likely a preferences
problem. I would back up the user data (saved emails, bookmarks, etc.), and
then try fixing/deleting preferences. Have you tried Preferential Treatment?

Using a new profile is the next step I am taking. I will try to see if
the problem shows up under a different profile. I had not heard of
preferential treatment. I will give that a try, thank you.
