I am trying to save a pp from Mac OSX so that we can distrubute the
presentation for other users to show a different computer and vresions
of powerpoint. The other users will add their own pictures in the show.
How do I save the presentation so the my transitions and times remain
the same?

Just save it normally.  To the extent that the other versions (and hardware and
operating systems) support the timings and can keep up with them, they will.
