Greetings,

We have a client requesting that when opening their PowerPoint
presentations they appear in Normal View with the entire outline text
collapsed. However, opening the file after collapsing all and saving
reverts back to the previous view before the save. How the current view
was saved with some slides left expanded and others collapsed is a
mystery to us. Regardless, we are unable to find a way to save a
presentation with the entire outline collapsed. Any ideas?

Thanks,
AmG

Something we discovered... The previous state is set by Windows. The
presentations were opened later on the Mac. So Windows can save the
outline view with random slides expanded or collapsed, but Mac is
unable to alter and re-save the view. It reverts back to the last state
set by Windows.
