You might try moving this file:
Username:Library:Preferences:Microsoft:Excel Chart User Gallery
I don't know whether that brings MS Graph preferences in along with
Excel's, though.

Under Windows, Graph and Excel are two different apps with two different sets
of settings/prefs.
And don't forget that if you move the prefs from computer A (yours) to computer
B (mine), I might get your graph preferences, but I lose any I've saved. I'm
not going to love you for that.
