I have created and saved an invitation in powerpoint on my Mac. I saved in in the 'save as' option as a jpeg file. I have emailed it as an attachment however some people have been unable to open it! How should I save it so anyone may open and view it?

It's difficult to understand how anyone on a Mac or PC can't view a JPEG
file, but it might be better to use File> Print - PDF anyway. If anyone has
difficulty with that it's most likely a problem on their end over which you
have absolutely no control.
