hey. I'm trying to make a powerpoint on my Microsoft 2004 version, and I was
wandering if I can flatten the slides like you can flatten in photoshop.
Because I want to give my powerpoint out on CDs, and I don't want people to
be able to move things around on it, like the text boxes and pictures. If
not, can I save each slide as a picture on my Mac PowerBookG4 laptop?
Thanks.

You can go to File > Save As and change the Format to JPG. Then you
could create a new presentation from the JPG pictures. An alternative is
that you could go to each slide and Select All. You could then go to the
drawing toolbar, and choose Group from the Draw menu (the first item on
the toolbar). Someone could fairly easily ungroup the things to move
them around, but they wouldn't accidentally move them around.
