how do i compress the file size of a powerpoint presentation with pictures? I have a small presnetation that is 60mb.

Hi,

In MacOS Finder right click on the presentation file's icon (while the
presentation is not running). From the pop-up menu choose compress
(Leopard) or archive (Tiger).
