I can print the powerpoint presentation with 3 slides to a page with the space to write notes beside each slide...this is good. However, I cannot find a way to save the presentation in this format so I can email it to other in this format. Please advise as to how to do this

thanks.....new mac user

Hi Jean -

You can't "save it" that way because it isn't a file format, it's a printing
option. However, you can do this:

When you go into the Print dialog & select Handouts 3 per Page click the PDF
button in the lower left corner rather than clicking the Print button. Then
distribute copies of the PDF.
