using Powerpoint MAC 08 -- how do I compress the presentation (or the pictures in the presentation). In the windows version there was a compress all pictures button.... but I cant find how to compress my presentations in Powerpoint Mac 08. Thanks! Unfortunately that option only works when saving your presentation as individual graphic files. Currently there is no option to compress the pictures inserted into a Powerpoint presentation like there is on WinPPT. However you can always pre-compress your images before inserting them into PPT using other graphic editing software. We're taking a look at incorporating graphic compression at some point in the future. If you or anybody else would like to see that please help us by choosing "Help | Send feedback" to let us know.
