I am new to Mac - how come when I do a file save as on my powerpoint file (which is 25.5MB), it saves as a pdf file that is bigger than the original powerpoint file? I need to shrink it so I can email it out easily - to maybe 6MB - thoughts? Thanks!!

When you save it as a PDF file - are then any options that allow you to choose 'quality' or 'dpi' or anything along those lines.

Try lowering the setting.

Why are my PowerPoint files so big? What can I do about it?
