When I receive a reply email, my signature has grown in size and I
must reduce it before sending my reply. Any solutions?

Well, you posted to the PowerPoint group but I imagine the Entourage folks
would tell you the same thing:-)

There  really isn't anything you can do - the format of what you receive is
set on the sender's end. Keep in mind that email isn't the same as passing
notes around in school where you just scribble your reply on the bottom of
the page & pass the same note back to the sender. Each message & each reply
to that message is a *separately* generated document containing a replica of
the previous content.
