Hi,
Use File > Page Setup and create a custom paper size that has the same
aspect ratio as the screen you want to use.
If you want to make that the default for when you start PowerPoint up and
for adding new presentations then use File > Save As and choose PowerPoint
template. Name the file Blank Presentation (without any file extension) and
replace the existing file called Blank Presentation in the Designs folder.
