Yes.
The individual presentations are chapters that I combine in different
ways for classes I teach.
I would like a way to have them open and print in different sequences
depending on my needs.

TAJ, thanks for the suggestion. This looks very promising! Right now
though I am receiving an error dialog box when I click "OK" to include
the first file. This happens after I have selected the file and
clicked the "Display as icon" check box. It states:
The server application, source file, or item cannot be found. Check
that the path and file name are correct, or try reinstalling the
server application.
I tried renaming the files so that they have no white space. The names
of the files and the containing folder are all 8.3 compliant. Any
ideas?
