Recently, I have been having a problem with my Powerpoint 2004 not
opening.  The message says "Microsoft PowerPoint has encountered a
problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  I
have been able to use Powerpoint in the past on my Mac, but for some
reason it is no longer working.  All of my other Office 2004 products
are still working.  I thought about removing Office 2004 and reloading
it, but I did not want to use one of my other product keys if I did
not have to do so.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!

Hi,

Here's a list of troubleshooting tips to follow:

Reinstalling would not likely be the first thing to try.
