Printing tables in powerpoint

I'm creating a powerpoint summary of a word doc, and I've pasted a
number of word tables into the powerpoint.  They look fine on screen,
but they print with the characters all garbled.  Any tips?

Hi,

Without knowing what versions of Word, PowerPoint, Mac OS, and what printer
you are using it is hard to say what could be the cause.
