Powerpoint 2002 / windows XP
Can anyone tell me how I can insert a presentation into another
presentation, but without changing its layout? They need to keep their own
layout.
In the older version of Powerpoint you had a little box you could check.

First of all:

Keep the master format of slides you insert
1. On the PowerPoint menu, click Preferences, and then click the Advanced
tab.
2. Do one of the following:
>  To retain the master format of slides that you insert into your
presentation, select the Keep design when copying slides between
presentations check box.
>  To apply the master format of the current presentation to inserted
slides, clear the Keep design when copying slides between presentations
check box

It sounds like you want to follow the first option. Then use the
Insert>Slides from File command to insert the other presentation.
