Storm,
You have to instruct the people you want to give the file to, if they don't
have powerpoint, to download one of the freely available powerpoint
'viewers'
Then they can view either a ppt or pps file

Thanks - I´ll do that.
Ended up saving as pdf as well - though the animations was lost this
way.
