We have seen this twice now. With a MacBook Pro and a PowerBook 12" -
both 10.4.7 and prior to 11.3.0 update. The tools keep showing up on
the projector screen, even if we change the menubar, etc. Can't get the
tools on the laptop display!

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
- Chris

I'm having the same problem on a 12" iBook G4 with OS X 10.4.8 and the
11.3.0 update to Office 2004.  The displays used to work properly, but now I
get the same problem--presenter tools on the external display and the slide
show on the laptop.

Google search...

Try going to Slide Show > Set Up Show and change "Display slide show on"
to your secondary monitor, i.e. the projector.
