Hi all

I work with disabled kids and have a question .... I'd like my kids to
record their voices into PowerPoint or Word.  Do the Mac versions of
these programs have that capability?

Thanks,
Dave

Sure. Just go to the Insert Menu and choose Movies and Sounds and choose
Record Sound.

Hi Dave,

Mac PowerPoint has a the same feature of "Record Narration" that the Windows
version has.

Mac Word has an entirely new way of recording sound using Notebook view.
This feature is not available in Windows versions of Word. The sound is very
compressed in very high quality so the audio portion results in files that a
dramatically smaller than old versions (Windows) of Word.
