Is there a way to search for something across an entire workbook?  I know
that you can search within each individual worksheet, but I'd like to be
able to do the same across the entire book.

Hi Michelle,

I presume you must have embedded the Excel workbook into a PowerPoint
presentation, which is why you posted to the PowerPoint group, right?

Regardless, you simply have to hold the Apple key down and click on the
sheet tabs that you wish to search upon before starting the search.  If
you want to search an entire workbook you can use Apple+A to select all
of the sheet tabs.
