When I copy a PPP folder to a CD all links to the associated files are lost.
The audio slides refer to generic files such as media1, media2 etc instead of
intro1, application1 etc.

Saving as PowerPoint package produces a folder containing only the driver
program.

PowerPoint 2004 for Mac

Hi Jim,

First, be sure you have installed the 11.2.4 update. There have been
some corrections to the save-as PowerPoint package.

For the most part, this feature now works as expected. Someone else
posted a finding that in the case of media that did not get put into the
package folder, you can simply copy the missing items into the folder
and then the presentation will play normally.
