I'm sure this has been covered, but I haven't been able to find a
Mac solution with a search. How do I copy a slide from one presentation
to another while maintaining all of the original slide's properties? I
seem to be able to copy a slide, but it loses the original background,
font etc. once I drag it  or copy it into the new presentation. Thanks
in advance - Jeff

Hi,

From the PowerPoint menu choose Preferences.

On the Advanced tab click the box under Multiple Masters that says "Keep
design when copying slides between presentations."
