Marking/highlighting white fonts

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the marking/highlighting
color for textboxes?  When using white fonts in a textbox without
background, the whole box turns white whenever it is worked on, without
any chance to read the words. Only when I give the background some
color and turn the transparency to 99% the marking gets a different
shading and I can identify the text. The latter is hopefully not the
only solution, since using white letters on a dark slide-background
does not seem that extraordinary to me ...
Thanx and bye

Hi Longus,

This is a known issue. Hopefully it will be addressed in the next
version of PowerPoint.
