Printing options not visible in Office v.x

When I switched from Mac Office 2004 to v.X the options to print
slides, handouts, notes, etc. have all disappeared. I just get the
generic print dialog box that I usually get in word.

What's going on.

By default, you see the Copies and Pages options.  
Click Copies and Pages then select Microsoft Powerpoint from the list that
opens up.
