Recently I prepared ppt on my Mac, OSX, Office X .
It works great from a CD ROM copy on other macs, but
i tested it on a pc, and it worked ok except that a few
of the slides appeared sideways ( the image was distorted because
the external dimensions were the same, but the image content was
rotated 90 degrees).
Would this kind of problem be mitigated if saved the presentation
as a POWER POINT PACKAGE insted of PPT Presentation?
Thanks for your expertise.

Hi Stan.
I bet you used an older version of PowerPoint on the PC. New versions
obey formatting settings that older versions disregarded. Try the same
presentation on an updated copy of PowerPoint 2003 in Windows and I
suspect the problem will disappear.
