Can someone help - I have a three slide powerpoint file and would like
to create a file of a manageable size that I can email to people , pref
in pdf format.

The only way I have found currently is to 'print to pdf' which creates
a 10MB file!

Help most appreciated

The suggestions there may help you get your PPT down to a more manageable size
and in turn that should help with the PDF size.
