Hi everyone, I have this problems:
1. I have a version of PPT for windows where I can find a function that
allows to compress all images in the file to 200dpi or 96dpi, I can't find
it in the mac version.
Is there any function that works in the same way?
2. Is there a way to insert more than one image in one step in a PPT file? I
used to do this in the windows version using "create new picture album"
function, but can't find it in mac version.
Thanks everyone.

The only compression option is PowerPoint>Preferences>Save, bottom of
page checkblock. Format>Picture>Size>Best scale for slide show may work
for you, too.

Afraid you can't find the "picture album" feature 'cause it isn't
there!

Hope this is useful |:>)

I don't believe the option to compress images is available on the mac
version of powerpoint.

There is an add-in written especially for the mac to insert a whole batch of
images into powerpoint here.
