Missing Fonts

I use Mac Office Suite 2004. When I loaded it, it installed loads of
fonts, quite a lot of which were Chinese, Japanese etc.

Since I don't speak these languages, i deleted them from the Font Book.

Now, every time I do anything in Powerpoint, I get lots of message
screens telling me that I'm missing a Japanese/Chinese character font
and telling me Powerpoint is substituting it for me.

Is there any way i can get rid of this error, short of re-installing a
bunch of fonts I don't need or use.

Thanks

Best advice is to accept the inevitable with grace and serenity.  Reinstall the
fonts.
