Depends what you mean by "Product Refresh".
There have been three major or minor revisions to the MacBook Pro within
the last 12 months:
August 2007: MacBook Pro (Mid 2007). This introduced the Santa Rosa
chipset, giving a faster frontside bus (800 MHz) and maximum RAM
capacity of 4 MB.
November 2007: further options (such as a faster CPU) were added to the
same basic model, and minor updates like hard drive capacity, so the Mid
2007 model was renamed as "MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007)".
March 2008: MacBook Pro (Early 2008). Revised keyboard layout,
multi-touch trackpad, Penryn processors.
The next model is likely to be released one to two months after Intel
releases the next processor/chipset generation. That was supposed to
happen in June, but has been delayed until late July, so expect to see a
MacBook Pro revision around August or September.
