MacBook Pro Won't Latch

As of today, my MacBook Pro will no longer latch. I can see the two small
latches come down from the lid as the laptop is being closed, but they don't
quite latch it shut.

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Yes, contact Apple to request a repair. This is not an uncommon problem.
It might be that some dirt got stuck in the latching mechanism or it
might be defective.
