I have a 1GHz PowerBook G4 17" with a 1440x900 screen. I notice that later versions had a 17" 1680x1050 screen (Apple Part. 661-3764), and from pictures of it removed from a PowerBook it looks the same as the 1440x900 screen, right down to the hinges and cables.
