Hello! any word on how to get the bottom part off a 12" powerbook. I
have dropped my computer before and a blacksmith repaired it with a
rubber hammer in less than a minute! Now the charger part is
unaccesible, and I should take it apart before the smith will agree to
repair it again! Unscrewing the little 8 screws doesn´t seem to work,
Is it glued? help please.

Try here: http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Mac/

Just follow the directions closely, and you should have no problems.

The metal is very thin, easy to bend, be patient.
