The DLink DWL 122 works on my Pismo (OS X 10.2 -10.4). It's 802.11b, not
g, so it's not too fast, but it does the job. The last version of the
driver (1.4.6 I think) is the best, but it's not on the CD, so you need
to hunt around for it on the web.
The various 802.11g PC cards that work with a Pismo will give you a lot
faster connection. For more money, of course.

Is there a card that will work with both 9.2.2 and 10.xxx? At this time
I think a dual purpose card would be best for me (if one is available).

The Pismo will take the original Airport card inside the case, without
using the PC slot. The Airport card is pretty pricey, especially since
it's 802.11b.
Low End Mac has the specs, and their advertisers are companies that sell
Mac parts.

Robert-
One such card is the FriendlyNET AeroLAN AL1011-DP. It is an 802.11b
card with drivers for both OS 9 and OS X. I have one purchased at an
Apple Store, that works with my Wallstreet PB G3. I don't know if
Asante cards are still available, but you may find one used.
There are some older Lucent Orinoco 802.11b cards (gold and silver) that
appear to be Apple Airport cards under OS 9, but require a driver for OS
X. I have one of the silver cards. It works under OS X with the
Sourceforge driver.
Other cards may work if you can find drivers. One source of drivers is
Ioxperts (www.ioxperts.com). Another is OrangeWare
(www.orangeware.com). You might contact either for recommended cards
that are currently available.
