i've got a AGM CW-19 LCD monitor hooked up to my powerbook G4. it
worked fine for a
day. then the next day, i turned everything on, and the monitor looked
all strange. i checked under system preferences, and it said "VGA
Display" on the top of the preferences box where it used to say
"CW-19." and the resolution choices were all strange, and non of them
looked good (they were skewed and stretched and what-not). i clicked
"detect display" a bunch of times, and nothing changed...
so randomly the computer stopped recgonizing the monitor correctly.
just yesterday it knew it was the CW-19 and gave me all the right
resolution choices...now it won't recognize the monitor...pain!
so what's going on? is there a driver i should install so the computer
knows what the monitor is? i can't find any discs or anything, so
hopefully it's online somewhere. it's not on their website...

Have you tried unplugging the monitor and plugging it in again.
Specifically the cable where it plugs into the computer.
