iBook blue screen

I keep getting a blue screen shortly after boot up on my
two month old 12" G4 iBook(OS10.4.6). Sometimes the
Desktop reappears after a few seconds, other times I
have to do a hard restart. I've scanned the HD for faults,
but none have been detected. Wonder if anyone has had
the same trouble, and if so, how is it to be fixed. It doesn't
seem to happen when the machine has been running for a
while. It's very annoying.

If two months old, take it or send it to Apple.
