Hi,

I know that the powerbook runs HOT... what is the normal temperature
the CPU should run at?? What is considered too hot? does this question
make any sense? thanks!

My 1 GHz G4 12" gets up to 60 degC when 100% busy at full speed & fan
running full blast. Rarely do I see it exceeding this but 61 degC may
have been reached. I use "Temperature Monitor".

Idling with processor speed cycling it goes down below 40 degC. Normal
op: 45...50 degC.

I'd expect yours to be similar with its faster but newer CPU, maybe a
couple of degC higher.

MD.
