Can anyone tell me where I can order US and Euro AC plugs for my
Powerbook AC adapter? I'm going to Mexico in 3 weeks' time and need a
US plug.
The adaptor itself supports 120 & 240 V power supplies, so it seems odd
that you only get one kind of plug for the unit.
Thanks

You can buy a plug adapter in many travel stores or electronics stores.
All you need is to adapt the plug geometry; as you already know, the
power supply itself supports Euro, British, US and Asian AC power.
The plug adapter is probably less expensive than a whole power cord.

If you buy a cheap plug adapter then you can also pack a power board
giving you four (or more) power points that will allow you to use
and charge your mobile phone, PDA, camera, laptop all at the same time,
saving you either buying lots of plug adapters or being really
angry when you need to charge more than one thing at a time....

Radio Shack or any store that sells travel supplies will have what you
need.

As you noticed, the power "brick" works with a range of voltages.
Apple sells a very nice kit of adapter plugs that integrate so nicely
with the adapter on the current (from TiBoook onward) adapters.
Otherwise, get the clunky adapter from Radio Shack or a travel store.

In the UK you can buy cheap plug adaptors for about US$7 or so. For
about the same price uou can also buy a figure-eight radio mains lead
(aka power cord for a radio) for a bit less -- the lead will plug into
your AC adapter when you slide out the already fitted plug.
Neither solution is especially elegant, but both work just fine. You'd
save a fair bit over Apple's travel kit.
