I am looking for a solution to a problem that I encountered
on my 300Mhz WallStreet,  I have an Avaya Gold WiFi Card (Orinoco/
Lucent) that I use in my WallStreet.  I am using the Orinoco Drivers,
and MacOs 9.2.1, and everything works just dandy, except when I tried
to use ClassicStumbler, which requires Airport Drivers.  I tried to
install Airport 3.0, but couldn't get it to load, on bootup. After
futzzing around with airport for a couple of hours, I gave up and put
the Orinoco drivers back on and I am back where I started.  Does
anyone have an idea how I can get this card to see the Airport Drivers
or is there a Stumbler like program that will run on the Orinoco
Drivers?

It should work fine with Airport software.  My WallStreet did before I
installed OS X.  My guess is that the Orinoco drivers weren't completely
gone.  It may also be an issue with OS 9.2.1, I don't know, I think I
was using 9.1 at the time.

AFAIK all Stumbler like programs work with the Airport drivers only
(unless they have their own drivers but that's an OS X program).

Try doing a clean install os OS 9.1 or 9.2.1, including the Airport
drivers.
