Howdy,

its an onyx, the pb still works fine, and display when connected to
external monitor is fine. I've dismantled and looked for loose
connection but seems ok....display is 1/2 fine 100%, then a sharpline
where it just changes to black...or a washed out black from the
backlight.

Should I get another lcd off ebay or could it be inverter? I'm assuming
that since external monitor is ok that the logic board is fine right?

thanks for any help!

It's the panel itself, not the inverter.
