Hm, that the PB gets warm is normal. But it should not get hot. If it gets
hot the fan has to start. Did you make a clean install of 10.3 ?
Did you zap the PRAM and the NVRAM ?
So, zap both, make a clean install of OSX, don't install any additional
software. If the problem persist, there may be something wrong with your
logic-board.
